Instead of a memory, I would like to mention a special few.
To be a part of the Scotch & Sirloin is to be a part of greatness. As a server and manager at the Scotch I was privileged to surrounded with so many gifted people. Instead of a memory, I would like to mention a special few.
To David Borrow and his talented kitchen staff, thank you for always ensuring we served the very best. To serve from your kitchen was a privilege..
Mrs. Linda Taylor, who shared her kindness, compassion and an eye for every detail with me. You make the Scotch a beautiful place to be.
Rene Epperson, thank you for sharing your endless knowledge of hospitality. Thank you for knowing everyone’s name, where they are from, who they are married to and when they where born. Thank you for being my friend and for always hearing me out .
Sonny Glennon, you taught me that knowledge is power, always keep my head up and that under pressure great strength and success is born.
Lindy Andeal, you taught me to assume nothing, to never be satisfied and to keep searching and striving for perfection.
To the customers that made everyday an adventure, thank you for sharing your lives with us at the Scotch. You gave me the best job in the world!!! To the great customers that have left us, to Big Dan, Gary Reams, John Arnold and so many others that left their footprints at the Scotch, we miss you.
And last but not least, to all the past and future Scotch Girl’s who are the image of the Scotches great success, you are a part of a sisterhood of strong and talented women. I am so proud to have been a part of you.
Happy 40th Birthday Scotch & Sirloin!!!
