So Great they cleared the dance floor

Many years ago when the Scotch and Sirloin was st Kellogg and Bluff, you had not only good food, but a small dance floor with a small band. My wife, Patricia Wittman Bayles and her brother Scott Wittman were dancing to the music. They attracted so much attention that the other dancers cleared the floor. Patricia’s brother, Scott and his partner, Marc Shaiman have written scores for several movies starring Bette Midler, Raquel Welch, Billy Crystal and others. One of my favorite movies they did was Sleepless in Seattle. Scott is an excellent dancer and my wife was able to keep up with the performance in that small venue. Scott has done choreography for films and Broadway shows. Scott and Marc are now working on another Broadway show, Catch Me If You Can.

The crowning achievement, so far for Scott and Marc was the Broadway show and film, Hairspray, which won a Tony award. We are very proud of Scott and his achievements and were very pleased with his performance at the Scotch and Sirloin.
